Tim with Peace of Mind did a great job. I had a tight time frame and he was able to get in there and get the job down with minimal disturbance to the current occupants. On the walk through he explained what he found in a manner that a normal person could understand. His report was very detailed and highlight all potential issues with this 100+ y/o house. When I purchase another property I’ll use him again. Highly recommend.
